A formZ Family Plan annual subscription keeps you up to date with the latest formZ software, provides you with unparalleled technical support, and offers other benefits exclusive to Family Plan members.

 

The formZ software update feature automatically insures that you have the most recent version of your formZ software installed. Family Plan subscribers receive free upgrades for new formZ versions. Upon the release of each new version of formZ, you will automatically receive updated license codes and digital delivery instructions for the newest version of the software.

 

Family Plan subscribers are also given exclusive technical support!. Only Family Plan subscribers will get assistance by phone or email for their inquiries. While non Family Plan subscribers only get assistance with registration questions, as a family plan subscriber our support team is available to you to help beyond the basic installation questions such as helping with specific tools, features and file format issues. Be sure to mention that you are a Family Plan member and include your user ID, name, and phone number. Technical support hours are 9:00AM to 6:00PM US Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
